1997-1999

Developed and maintained complex financial, administrative software (SIGEF) for Petrobras Bolivia S.A. and Braspetro Brazil. Redesigned a complex system that was built based on object oriented DataFlex concepts and implemented the system using mainly VBScript, ASP, SQL, and Access. Currently oversee and manage daily system maintenance, including bug fixes, feature enhancements, and top-level support in other companies of Petrobras Bolivia Holding.

2000-2001

Analyzed and developed a Distribution and Logistics System Oriented to the Oil Sector in Bolivia based on a client /server concept. Converted data from project specifications and statements of problems into an information system to manage the distribution and logistics of oil refinery and wholesale business. The SIDL is a highly customized system that tracks supply chain, customer relationship, and invoicing with full integration with the accounting system mentioned above. The system was developed using Vbscript, JavaScript, as well as ASP, ActiveX, Access, SQL, and ADO.

2001-2003

Analyzed and developed an Executive Accounting Information System (SII). A Data Warehouse that Manages Balance Sheet Consolidation, Bank Sheet conciliation, Sales reporting, and Financial Indicators. Reading data form different sources SIGEF, SIDL, and SAP ERP, and manipulating it in different points of views to deliver an executive information system. Highly parameterized at the same time user friendly to deliver with efficiency. The system was developed using Vbscript, JavaScript, as well as ASP, ActiveX, Access, SQL, ADO, and SAP RFC.

2004-Current

Developing SAP interfaces, and integrations with other systems via RFC, BAPI.
·Finance: Interface to read inter company ledger entries in SIGEF and generate the corresponding entry en SAP (FI).
·Accounting: Developed a routine to calculate monetary adjustment for inflation and withholding of goods between local currency and us dollars, and generate its SAP journal entry (FI).
·Logistics: Developed a system that reads transport operation (TD) registered en SAP crosses that data with contracts parameters like tariffs and loss tolerances and generates back the SAP purchase order (MM), for that operation.
·Accounts Receivables: working on an interface to outsource AR to the BANK.
