Achieved 3.964 million man-hours with LTI well below standard specified by Company since commencement of PMT-2138 project. In design, develop and implementation Breathing Apparatus Recharging Assembly Units design specifically for offshore operations onboard barges/vessels, and Food Safety & Hygiene Inspection Programs for offshore vessels.
Designed and implemented Offshore H2S Safety, Medical Evacuation Procedures, Interface documents; Interface PTW System; Risk Assessment and Hazard Management System in meeting OPQL requirements for PMT-2138 project..
Provision of OXY PTW Training for all offshore operations; improvising effective electrical/instrumentation isolation, testing and tagging procedures; and management of Quality, HSE principles and code of ethics for Offshore Operations.
Developed and implemented QA/HSE Auditor’s Handbook, including procedural guidelines to comply with ISO 9001; ISO 18001; ISO 14001 Standards for Site and Offshore Audits.

Successfully implemented ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, quality principles, code of conduct as core value within Analytical Nutrition Limited.
