ASME,ASTM,TEMA,ANSI,API650/620. And also I have very good experience in International client standards such as Aramco,SABIC,UOP,Shell,ABB,Technip,Snamprogetti,Fosterwheeler,Alstom, etc...

From June 2002 to Till Date:

I am Working as a Design engineer in Al Zamil Heavy Industries Ltd. (An ISO 9001 AND ‘S’,‘U’, R & PP Stamp certified company), Jeddah K.S.A. Main products of this company is Pressure vessels, , columns, API 650/620 Storage tanks, Ducts & Structures.

My role in this company is to prepare the whole Design calculation packages & checking the drawings to meet the code compliances, preparing Safety Instruction sheet, Manufacturers Data Report for the projects.
In this company The max. diameter of vessel designed by me is 6000mm and the max. thickness is 44mm. Now I am involving in the thick wall(more than 100mm) vessel as per ASME Div.2 for U2 stampimg.
Also I did design calculation for storage tanks as per API 650& API 620.

From August 1997 to 2002
I started my career as a trainee engineer in M/s G.B.Engineering Pvt.Ltd. (An ISO

9001 AND ‘S’ & ‘U’ Stamp certified company), Trichy-India. After successful completion of training, company assigned me as a Design Engineer. I took this job as a challenging one & I put my effort to achieve the goal and it has been continued until August 2002. Main product of this company is Boiler components such as Economizers, Super Heaters, Steam Drums, Water
wall panels, pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, Pipings, etc as per IBR, BS1113, ASME Sec.1,Sec VIII division 1, TEMA codes.

My role in this company is to prepare the whole Design calculation packages & checking the drawings to meet the code& client compliances.

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) Passed On May 1997, In First Class at Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai,Tamil Nadu, India.
