Skills & Relevant Experience:
*Present Position: Offshore Projects /Diving Manager from 2001 till now as following:
1-Supervise and direct activities related to the project management principles for different offshore construction/maintenance/diving projects (about 70 operations).
2-Offshore Site Manager for the installation and construction of sea lines up to 52 inch N.D. (barge pulling and onshore pulling), SPM(S), sea berths, water intakes, cable laying, deck structure, jackets, driving piles, breasting dolphins and platforms.
3-Professional Diving Experience in inspection, operation, maintenance, installations and repair of all submarine construction such as sea lines, jackets of platforms, SPM(S) and sea berths with all ancillaries.
4- IMCA Co-ordinator acting on the company's behalf on matters affecting IMCA membership.
5-Offshore projects, tender studies, project management principles, cost estimations, negotiation, equipments preparation, installation procedures and risk assessments.
6- Pre-project planning activities including feasibility study and subcontractors.
7-Execution strategy, project master schedule, control construction activity, monitors and controls the financial expenditure in order to optimize cost.
8-Work in line with company HSE policy, ensure that the procedures, rules and regulation understood and guarantee compliance during execution.
9-Upgrading and Developing of Diving Department in Timsah Co. according to IMCA code of practice D 014 for offshore diving with Oil and Gas Company. These include preparation of all documentations required, equipment completion validation, personnel training and diving operations development according to international regulation where the objective of the company is to join IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association UK.) as international member in diving division.
Timsah Company had gotten IMCA Membership in August 2004.
