I wish to share best practice with colleagues in the Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) in the Oil and Gas Industry building on the Nigeria's volatile Niger- Delta experience.

-Collaborating with management in preparing & updating Company HSE Plans & Policies.
-Verifying the correct Implementation of HSE Policies by Company Personnel and Contractors.
-Inculcate Hearts and Minds (Behavioural HSE) into all staff & Contractors.
-Co-ordinate Accident Investigation Review, Monthly HSE meetings & Statistics etc.
-Attend HAZOP meetings & actively participate in HSE Audit of facilities.
-Custodian of Shell Environmental Data Management Systems (ENDAMS)software.
-Participation in an integrated project team for the execution of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), (EER)etc.
-Closely supervise field studies and ensure that all samplings are effected as contained in the Contract Agreement.
-Review EIA/EER/Baseline reports and present same to Regulators.
-Participate in Oil spill response clean-up
- Carry out Stakeholders Engagement and prepare Scoping Report.

I have managed many projects with people from diverse cultural backgrounds without any LTI. I have attaended Conflict Resolution organised by Havard University on behalf of Shell Nigeria. I work very well under pressure and has capability to listen, learn and convince personnel on HSE issues. I organise HSE trainings for company and contractor personnel.
