Preparing project schedules/ plans for maintenance operations towards the successful execution of erection & commissioning projects in construction sector.
Conducting project meetings for evaluating project progress & taking corrective actions.

Maintenance Operations
Planning & effecting total preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules of various types of Rotary Equipments; Spares.
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.

Quality/ Inspection & Testing
Monitoring adherence to Quality Standards; conducting regular Company & Internal Audits; maintaining the related documents for streamlining the functions.
Carrying out inspection tests for determining the effectiveness of the equipments/ plants keeping in view the performance & safety.
Conducting vendor audits and managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure that materials/ spare parts procured conform to the industrial quality standards.

Resource Management
Material planning and developing/negotiating with vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favorable terms to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Identifying defective parts and ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve cost savings.
Leading and motivating workforce and imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.

Contract Management
Preparing & floating of tenders to contractors, evaluation of offers, techno-commercial discussion & finalization of contract in view of project schedule.
Carrying out settlement of techno-commercial disputes with clients during execution of project.
