Mechanical Engineer Maintenance/Production

To attain professional competence and standing in the field of Mechanical Engineering and strive always to work in an organization, which offers ample opportunity for professional as well as personal growth.

Present work involves manufacturing various types/sizes of clamping nuts, cable connectors. Responsible for maintaining Quality inspection records, production data, Stock checking, Setting of tools for different types of Products to be manufactured. Training new associates and maintain departmental House keeping and safety. I am in-charge of machine utilities/accessories, viz., coolants, lube-oils, tooling, machine spares and calibration of various types of measuring gauges/instruments.
I coordinate with Planners, material handlers, stores to meet Production Goals. I do warehouse transactions in SAP such cycle count, Bill of Material, Goods Receipt Routings, adjustments, release production orders and various other business units transactions. I am a Team leader for a Green Belt Project and also appointed as a member of the safety committee in the company.

B)Successfully completed STCW 95 Reg VI/I STCW Code A, Table A-VI/1-2 conducted by Sea
Scan Maritime Foundation, Approved by Director General of Shipping, Ministry of Shipping, Govt
of India. Dated 31-07-2006.
C) Successfully completed TOEFL test scorning 247/300 points 09.12.2005.
D) AUTO CAD 2004 certificate, – EDC – GOVT OF GOA.
E) Underwent training in Suzhou/China for Operations and Maintenance on Cincom
Citizen L20 CNC lathe machines in 2006.
F) Successfully completed the First Aid Course conducted By Inspectorate of Factories and
Boilers Govt Of Goa, 2005.
E) Working knowledge of MS office applications.
