* Plan, assess, and manage IT infrastructure of the School including Internet Center and PBX system
* Install and troubleshoot computer system hardware and software including configuration and physical connections of desktops and provide expert technical assistance to users.
* Configure Cisco routers and DSL modems and install LAN for School’s Internet Access
* Implement Red Hat Linux, Windows 2000\2003 server, Proxy Server and Firewall, Router configuration for VPN applications.
* Research and recommend courses of action to ensure that the IT infrastructures are maintained and developed according to School requirements.
* Provide technical support for MS Windows, Linux Operating System, MS Office, Open Office applications software, MS Internet Explorer, Firefox, MS Outlook, and other desktop productivity tools
* Responsible in developing and maintaining a suitable level of computer security, including access and disaster recovery arrangements for School’s database.
* Responsible for maintenance of telecom circuits
