Maintains Activity
•Maintain co-ordination of all Service activities for Yokogawa –projects in Egypt.
•Execute maintenance activities for Customers located in areas.
•Co-ordinate and execute System and products training activities.
•Control, co-ordinate and if required execute, field change orders and revisions for systems.
•Prepares outline of services required.
•Execute routine periodic maintenance activities needed for the upkeep of systems Based on the contract conditions.
•Plant shutdown activities
Technical Support
•Provides the technical information for Egyptian YOKOGAWA customers through telephone and training.
•Organizes and implements all control system support activities, including the adequate services for
unplanned and planned day-to-day maintenance for a project in the post installation phase.
•Project engineer for engineering of Centum DCS including complete site commissioning project .
•Conduction FAT at Bahrain FAT YOKOGAWA fat area and SAT at client place
•Managing site sub-vendors and Engineers/site planning /periodic progress monitoring/cost control and reporting
•Conduction FAT and SAT at client place
•System start up
•Loop checking &Plant commissioning
•Supervising and checking on functional design documents
•Establishing communication between the system and various sub systems, like PLC,..
Building database for Wells RTU's data, MTU memory mapping and DCS interfacing using Excel.
Design installation system, Panel GA&IA, wiring Diagram and as built wiring diagrams using ACAD.
Programming Schneider Premium PLC using PL7Pro by statement list and Ladder programming languages

•Calibration, pre-commissioning, commissioning, installation of the field instrument, Temp. Measuring inst., smart transmitter, DP pressure transmitter, Level transmitter, Rota meters, and Flow meters.
•Start up & shutdown of the plant.
•Soft ware development , graphic generation , commissioning and installation of DCS , PLC system , loop testing , checking
•Generation the required document for the DCS/PLC commissioning.
•Ranging, configuring &calibration of YOKOGAWA transmitters as per the plant requirement, control configuration.
•Well versed with HART / BRAIN type smart transmitter & configuring it with HART / BRAIN communicator.
•Installation & commissioning of all types of control valves &cable laying & wiring connection
