• Configuring and faults diagnosis of DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA, RTU, Hart, Modbus, Profibus, Fieldbus Communication, Analyzers and Control Loops.

• Maintenance and calibration of the control valves (Manufactured by BASF, UHDE, Severn Glocon, Masoneilan, Fisher, ABB, Flow serve, Parcol and etc.)
• Experienced in flow meters configuring (electromagnetic, orifice plate, ultrasonic, turbine, variable area) of ABB, Rosemount, Krohne ...
• Experienced in Calibration of Radar level transmitters (Endress+Hauser and Rosemount.) and Calibration by testing equipments like Fieldbus and HART communicators 275/375/475, Dead weight tester.
• Designing, Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements.
• Review of control philosophy, P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list, flow chart
• Familiar with engineering standards ISA, IEEE, ASTM, NAMUR, ASMI , ANSI , NEMA , IEC
• Preparing master data sheet for PM schedule; ensuring safe and efficient performing of CM
• Experienced in the field instruments and control systems procurement activities
• Spares balance investigation and inventory control for all instruments’ spare parts
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills.
• Hands on maintenance experience in trouble shooting, start up, shutdown job & preventive / corrective maintenance, manpower, etc.
Eductation
B.C degree for electronic engineer with average (15.51)/20 from Azad University in BOJNORD.
Certification
professional field bus engineer (PFE)course in 3 days from Iranian Society of Instrumentation and Control Engineering (ISICE).
