? Quality inspections on all material, instrumentation to be used on site
? Verifying data sheets of Instrumentation ( Vendor and Design )
? Ongoing inspections on installations
? Witnessing of onsite-calibrations of Instrumentation
? Ensuring calibration according to process datasheets
? Loop Checks
? Review ITP and Method statements
? Ensuring that contractor keep with Project Spec’s
? Issue of Surveillance Reports and Non Conformance Reports to Contractors
? Closing of Surveillance Reports and Non Conformance Reports with Contractors
? Attending Progress meetings with the Contractors and Client
Develop audit schedule for site and fabricators and vendors locations.
? Perform these audits associated with ongoing work as determined by project and quality management
? Perform training functions to ensure that team members are aware of the levels of quality expected on the project. This training will include topics where repeated deficiencies are found.
? Review contractors document submittals pertaining to the quality program
? These documents may include; ITP’s; method statements; procedures; weld history; NDE reports; work packages; QVD’s and turn over documentation.
? Review RFI’s
? Ensure that all QVD’s are progressively collected and reviewed for completeness.
? Assist with critical inspections.
? Respond to technical questions from Area quality managers and contractor quality supervisors.
? Monitoring daily activities with supervisors.
