Managing and leading a team of three Accounts managers and their teams & three separate divisions (Vehicle, Parts & Accessories).
Consolidate and review result & financial reports for the three divisions and report to top management (ALJ-HO).
Preparation of the final monthly and annual results presentation and being responsible for ALJ Import & Distribution Company ALJID in the management discussion and analysis meeting.
Accounting representative of the management committee whose the role of approving annually dealers credit limit, stock volume, capital budget decisions, setting and modify general policies and others for the three divisions.
