Current Job Responsibilities:

• Advise to the site Constr. Manager on all HSE construction issues.
• Maintaining the project risk register developed to provide an auditable control of all safety actions identified and provision of regular progress status reports of safety actions identified.
• Participate in safety reviews, risk assessments, safety inspections and safety audits.
• Monitoring the implementation and maintenance of HSE controls, in particular the operation of permit to work system.
• Accident Investigation - Conducting a comprehensive investigation to determine the causes of an accident, Make appropriate, meaningful recommendation for the corrective action for every possible cause, complete an accurate and useful accident investigation report. Make recommendations about improving the company’s health, safety and environmental approach.
• Implementing and assessor LOLER - Lead set up in LOLER implementation in heavy lifting of up to 1500 Tons and monitoring the process through out.
• Identification and assessment of hazards by HAZOP and HAZAN - Carry out a straightforward HAZAN activity, Prepare for HAZOP team membership.
• Developing and implementing the project HSE safety strategy and maintaining statistical data, preparing reports as required for the company HSES manager, reviewing company safety management system and advising of required changes.

Educational qualification:

• Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering, Kerala, India
• B.Com (Bachelor in Commerce) from Calicut University, Kerala, India
• Diploma in Computer Application from Athena Computers (MS Office)
