· Develop, maintain and manage a fit-for-purpose and cost effective Operations and Maintenance Management System in SAP for all Terminal assets and processes.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
· Carry out preventive maintenance on rotating/static facilities like solar gas turbine,
centrifugal pumps, effluent water treatment plant, valves and screw type air compressor.
· Take vibration readings from running rotary equipment (mentioned above), using machinery analyser (CSI2120), analyse and report condition of equipment components.
· Logging of data, reliability and availability studies and lube oil analysis for air compressor, gas turbine, and centrifugal pumps. Also do; online monitoring of equipment performance for solar gas turbines and management of spares, tools, lube oil and liquid consumables.
· Perform root cause/Failure mode and effect analysis for equipment failure and execution of breakdown maintenance for rotary/static equipment as mentioned above.
· Plan and Supervise technical integrity inspection for equipment mention above. Also Supervise minor improvement projects
Carry out periodic facility inspection, Update technical integrity report.

· Supervised construction works on emulsion system modification project.
· Supervised construction/installation works on new fuel storage and dispensing facility.
