Application for the post of Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer

1. Executing project from proposal engineering to various stages of execution, keeping in mind flexibility of project and management information systems(MIS).
2. Preparation of site organization chart, job scheduled chart, daily, weekly, monthly progress reports and other necessary formats according to the client requirements.
3. Coordinating with clients and sub-contractors, carrying out daily review meeting and follow up the progress of the job distribution.
4. Supervision of site activities, quality controlling materials controlling and manpower planning according to job distribution.
5. Co-ordination and review of engineering, detail design, procurement activities.
6. Having good knowledge of various safety procedures and precautions to be adopted during construction period.
7. Having consciousness in cost control on each activity with respect to budgeted cost
8. Maintaining a good team spirit.
9. Communication and reporting to management, Engineering, Construction team and Client representatives.
10. Having comprehensive knowledge in various international standards and specifications.
11. Preparing Material Take-Off (MTO) / Bill of Material (BOM).
