Following tasks have been performed related to ERP in:
- Pakistan Oilfields limited (The Attock Oil Group of Companies)
- Attock Refinery Limited. (Sister Concern of Pakistan Oilfields Limited)
System Study and implementation of all Financial Modules i.e. GL, AR, AP, FA, and CM. Besides this initial study of Procurement and Inventory modules are conducted.
- Ascertaining reporting requirements of users department.
- Analyzing the need for Process Re-engineering
- Involve in finalization of Chart of Account Structure.
- Ascertaining data requirement with respect to each module. In this regard, did initial data mapping activity.
- Data Mapping and designing strategy for uploading legacy data into new System.
- Integration of Crude Oil, Stocks and Payroll Systems with Oracle Financial.
- Building of Test System.
- Conducting Conference Room Pilot (CRP) Sessions to get acquaint user with new System functionality.
- Seeking Acceptance from users based on CRP Sessions.
- Building of Production environment.
- Analyzing the need for customization if required within and outside Application parameters.
- Training of Client’s key and end users.

Oracle Purchasing:
- System study
- Process flows
- Process Description
- GAP analysis
- Implementation of solutions for all key operations i.e. Processing of Requisition, Calling Tenders from Suppliers, Processing Quotation from System, Quote Analysis, Approval of successful bid, Creation and approval of Purchase Order, Case history maintenance, etc.
- Assist in development of various documents and reports.
Oracle Inventory:
- System Study
- Process Flows
- GAP Analysis
- Process Re-engineering
- Designing / Implementation of all key solutions required for processing inventory transactions such as Store to store transfer, sub-inventory transfer, miscellaneous receipts and issues, correction of errors, return of stores, etc.
- Assist in development of various documents and reports.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
• One year Diploma in Computer Applications.
