• Tracking project of 3 ½ years schedule against its; schedule, budget & phase review objectives for dismantling & erecting of 3,400 Ton equipments from Spain to Egypt.
• Development of the Project Controls Plan and assuring its use in guiding execution of Project Controls responsibilities, Identifying potential problems and elevate these to the appropriate level(s) of management.
• Managing FEED & Detail Engineering documentation of a project of 47m US budget.
• Proficient and hand-on use of Project Control Systems using Primavera Project Planner (P3) world’s leading project and portfolio management software.
• Participating in preparing feasibility studies, reviewing & finalizing process flow diagrams of a 5.5m Euro project.
• Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
• Supervising and communicating with the project controls team to ensure complete understanding and fulfillment of project objectives, Preparing and conducting 'Project(s) Trending' meetings to review and analyze of the forecast of all cost elements on the project.
• Assisting in the procurement of new equipments; short listing vendors, sending inquires & preparing technical comparatives. Direct dealing & negotiating with suppliers.
• Directing & supervising working gangs of more than100 workmen force.
• Assisting in managing correspondences between various project parties in three different countries; Detail Engineering contractor, Dismantling contractor and Owner on behalf of assigned project manager.
