• Installation , commission DCS system and Testing the I/Os through startup
• Maintain N2,H station Aire Product Gas Station
• . Preparation & supervision of executing preventive maintenance programs for control system Ac and DC drives and soft starter
• Inspection of control system contrasted by our suppliers prior to erection.
• Develop and plan the electrical scope of work and resource requirements for plant
• Communication protocol (Ethernet ,Device net ,Control net, Profibus, Asi-control )
• Field Instrumentations (Control Valves, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Controllers,
• PID control, Photocell, Proximity sensors, load cell, Encoders, Solid state relays).
• Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams P&IDs
• Preparation & supervision of executing preventive maintenance programs for electric system MV,LV Switch gear and power transformer
• Tender & Detailed Design Document Preparation.
• Record all activities in to Computerized Maintenance Management System “SAP”.
• Working as a technical support and coach of team members in plant
• Direct and coordinate the engineer staff in formulating plans,
• Supervise and provide the technical training for new team members if required.
• Designs and cost estimates of special projects.
• Approve and assist to handle any implementation or modifications of control systemsApproval of engineer work orders and make sure that the work done by team members complies with applicable codes, regulations and standard operation procedures.Follow up erection & commissioning activities.
