Mr. Boorenie has more than 15 years of professional experience as project manager and project engineer in the area of designing, modeling, and layout of water distribution systems network,

His experience includes designing the infrastructures layout for the public utilities and facilities, and site/ land development. His involvement also includes steam power generation, oil and gas industries, site construction, and the preparation of detailed plans and specifications for the construction of water distribution system, wastewater collection system, and roadway drainage design.
Extensive experience in the technical knowledge of engineering systems, calculations, and applications of computer simulation and mathematical modeling to solve complicated engineering problems.
During his past experience he was also Involving in the preparation of the construction documents such as drainage area maps, floodplain analysis, layout plans, coordinates project subcontracting work and contract negotiation, fee proposal and conduct pre-bid meetings at location; perform bid reviews; coordination with federal, state, and local agencies. Prepare the preliminary and final project reports regarding status of work by contractors, and prepares the necessary documentation to complete the work.
