EXPERIENCE:

1. Working as Instrument Technician in Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (From18 Sep 2006 to till now
Responsibilities:
Review of Hook ups drawings, wiring design and loops, layouts and performed Loop checks, functional checks of field instruments / sub systems with the
DCS System.
Troubleshooting of a variety of Pneumatic and electronic instrument using various test equipments.
·Installation of various type field instruments at Plant Site.
·Transmitter: Calibration & Maintenance different types of PT.FT.TT.LT. (Honeywell, Rosemount, YokoGawa Elliot, Fox Boro)
·Poisitioner: Calibration and Maintenance (Moto Yama, Honeywell, Fisher,I/P, P/I converter.
·Switches: Calibration and Maintenance of different kind of switches like Limit switch, Pressure switch, Flow switch, Temperature switch, Level switch.
·Analyzers: Routine checkup, calibration and maintenance of CEMS(Siemens) Ultramat 23 for CO2,Ultramat 6E for NO,CO,Ultra/Oxy 6E for SO2,O2 analyzer and O2, Cl2, PH Conductivity Transmitter.
·Fire Fighting systems (Deluge Fire, water spray, Sprinkler, Co2, and Organ) & Gas Detection Systems and complete test and maintenance report.
·I have worked on complete overhauling of Gas Turbine, HRSG, Boiler, and Desalination plant.

3. Worked as Instrument Technician in Fuji Fertilizer Company
Bin-Qasim Karachi Pakistan. (From Feb22, 2001 to Dec25, 2002)

Responsibilities:
· Calibration of all types of field measuring instrument like smart transmitter, Flow transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Temperature transmitter, Level transmitter.
· Maintenance of all kind of control valve, Pressure control valve, valve Positioner, Solenoid Valve, Motorised operated valve.
· Worked with different kind of switches like Limit switch, Pressure switch, Flow switch, Level switch.
· Working on fire fighting system of MINIMAX (GERMANY) and also worked on different types of detectors (heat, smoke, Gas).
· Good approach to resolve the calibration and maintenance of magnetic pickups,
RTD (PT100, PT1000), thermocouples, proximity type switch.

QUALIFICATION:

· Diploma of Associate Engineering (Electronics, Elective instrumentation)
from Pak Polytechnic Institute of Technology, Allama Iqbal Town Lahore Pakistan.
· Higher Certificate of Electronics from M.I.E institute of engineering Pakistan I.E.P
building Gulberg Lahore Pakistan.


Additional knowledge : Conversant with, MS Windows,MS Office
