Project Controls Coordinator

Project Controls Management includes Estimation & Cost Control, Planning / schedule Management, QS Management & Accounts Management

ESTIMATION & COST CONTROL:
o Involved in initial project capital cost estimate of Project size of USD 600 Million,
o Project budget developing and monitor, track, report project costs on fortnight/monthly basis,
o Periodic reforecast of each financial blocks & highlight critical elements and suggest/implement remedial measures as and when required
o Weekly/monthly cash flow report
o Develop cost estimate for case and variation work to client
o Monitor, track, and report progress measurement, both site specific and total project,
o Supervise project A/P & A/R, Organizing, co-ordination and project site management
o Weekly project meeting and Monthly Project Review meeting

CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT:
o Involved in preparation of subcontract tender documents for Marine/Topsides subcontract for construction & Engineering sub-contracts,
o Sub contract Bids evaluation unit rates contract price negotiation, subcontracts finalization.
o Sub-contract document preparation & Work orders preparation for subcontractors,
o Change orders evaluation / issue change orders to sub-contractors,
o VORS to client-cost estimation, preparation & presentation to Client.
o Liaise with subcontractor, supplier and project team on contract issues
o Final contractual & commercial settlements with client, vendors & sub-contractors .
o Study, prepare and advise the lessons learnt for the implementations to the future projects

QS MANAGEMENT:
o Supervise site Quantity survey activities,
o Review/verify/process re-measurements, maintain re-measurement logs,
o Prepare Site instructions and maintain Site Instruction Log,
o Evaluate/negotiate variation orders and maintain VOR log,
o Periodic budget projection/forecasts,
o Verify/evaluate/processing subcontractor claims & invoices regarding construction activities as per the Schedule of unit rates / price schedules against Contract Terms &Conditions,
o Identify the back charges against carry over /incomplete works & LDs,
o Arriving the final subcontract prices & final commercial settlement.

Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of project controls management applications including Estimation, Bidding/Proposal activities, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, accounting. International working experience in multiple cultures.
