In this case, the tools developed and introduced to the workforce were as follows: Last Minute Risk Assessment (LMRA), Job Safety Analysis (as a variation of a prior JSA tool used in this facility), Loss Prevention Observations (LPOs) and Incident Investigations (using LPS Root Cause Analysis tools).
