• Accelerated revenue growth by 11% on $3.5b over 3 years by leading and winning new projects in frontier areas of Russia. Projects included offshore exploration, coil tubing drilling, a multi rig well construction project in remote E. Siberia, and field production enhancement.

• Grew the Oilfield Services business revenue from $270m to over $400m and the organization from 850 to 2100 employees in 3 years.
• Lead the negotiations of $240m in contracts for operations with Rosneft for services for well construction, hydraulic fracturing stimulation, side track projects, completions and artificial lift.
• To support the business growth, organized and managed an OFS management team of 15 direct reports with the functions of QHSE/ Safety, human resources, Sales and Marketing, contract and legal counsel, finance and supply chain management. Also responsible for managing the business’s of Integrated Project Management, Drilling & Measurements, Well Services, Wireline, Testing, completions, artificial lift and consulting services.
• Reorganized the supply chain function to raise the ethical standards and safety performance of 3rd party suppliers. The improved driving performance was recognized by the local government safety counsel with an award. The management team also received a bronze award in the “Perform by Schlumberger” worldwide competition.
