A project with Pakistan Railway was lasted from 1993 to 2000, service engineer was been assigned to do after-sale service, in general, solve the quality issues when motor in trouble, and verify which side is to take on the responsibility.
Achievements: 1) Customer was satisfied with the service after every day¡¯s on-site inspection and discussion. A lot of helpful proposals were presented and accepted by the customer.
