- 17 Years Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Project (13 years design & 4 year EPC engineering) Work Experience; 1 year Oversea Site Experience for EPC project.
- Project Leadership: Project Development, Engineering Design (Concept Design & Scheme) and Construction Schedule/Progress, Cost, Quality;
- Engineering: Instrumentation and Control System Projects, DCS/PLC/SCADA, Fire & Gas Detection System, Telecom System and System Interfaces Design;
- Document Management: Prepare Project Technical/Procurement Specification, Commission Procedure & Philosophy; Project Drawing & Document Drafting, Check and Approval.

For detail engineering design, my ability as below:
1. Develop P& IDs together with Process discipline.
2. Development of engineering documents£¬such as instrument index£¬ instrument datasheets. Calculation for orifice plates & control valves. Preparation specifications of instrumentation system£¬ such as: DCS£¬FCS£¬ESD and F&G.
3.Preparation of instrument loop drawings£¬ wiring drawings£¬ instrument and cable layout drawings£¬ power supply and grounding system drawings£¬ interlock and control block drawings£¬ hook-up drawings£¬material take-off£¬etc.
4.Checking of instrument drawings with respect to job specifications£¬ instrument codes£¬ instrument standards and equipment data from vendors.
5.Procurement supports. Technical bid analyse for instrument and skid.
6. As lead engineer, design management & team leader, schedule control, review drawing/document from engineer/designer. Coordination with other disciplines during the engineering. Analyse/verify package of invitation to tender from owner, prepare technical query to owner, help to make quotation to owner.
7.INTOOLS application for modules of administration,index,brower,specification,calculation,hook-up,
wiring.
8. Site Construction instruction and management, supervise instrument installation, dominate loop test of instrument, participate in Function Test for skid and Commissioning and Start-up for control system.
