Support and Engineering Services Civil-Mechanical & Product Plant Planner
 Project and plant maintenance planning, technical assistant and preparation.
 Pre-execution preparation activities: purchasing, training, resourcing, out sourcing, heavy equipments planning, develop construction method, job safety analysis, risk assessment standard procedure.
 Prepare all administration requirements for project executions, QC and QA, and close out – hand over.
 Prepare all projects materials, equipments, tools and manpower schedule to project site.
 Coordination work with construction managers, project sponsors or operation department, project managers and field supervisors at pre-execution, execution and post execution stages
 Develop contract documents, tendering, bidder evaluation and contract board presentation for out sourcing works.
 Maintain and manage three crushers, block plant, batch plant and their equipments supports.
 Develop maintenance system refer to Asset Management Framework System.
 Projects initiation with department’s manager and superintendent for department facilities, plants, and business expansion.
