Position: Human Resources Manager

Background: AIMA Construction Company Private Ltd is a construction company in the Republic of
Maldives, with a staff of 1400.

Duties :


• Looking after every day attendance of all staffs and their entry in computer with HR assistants.
• Making the monthly salary sheet of staffs and their salary disbursement with accounts department.

• Send the sick staffs to hospital with medical attendant for treatment.

• Inspect the safety of staffs in different sites of company.


• Supervise visa processing of new arrivals and renewal of existing foreign staffs with labour ministry.
• Taking online interview after receiving and reviewing their CV as per the company requirement.
• Developing business Strategies and implementing Human Resource Strategies for a staff of over 1400
• Supports on-going training by working with managers to develop and implement fresh approaches
• Conducts employee orientation, as well as management and line employee training as necessary
• Counsels managers and employees on effective ways to address and resolve employment related issue
• With Managers and Supervisors of different department, appraise the performance of employees and give the promotion accordingly.

Resorts, in Republic of Maldives, with a man power of over 1500.
