Petroleum/Production Engineer

I have fourteen years working and design experiences in stimulation, cementing, gaslifting, well planning and reviews, reservoir, well management and Completion of oil/gas/water wells across four different countries.I have till date stimulated over 150 wells (HCl, Mud Acids, Enhance Mud acid, acetic/Formic acid in high temperature/Carbonate wells) with more than 95% success stories. Twenty of these wells are horizontal wells others are either vertical or highly deviated wells. The completion designs of the treated wells vary from untreated (sandstone or Carbonate – Cameroun wells), gravel pack (internal and external), chemical consolidated wells, slotted, pre-drilled and ESS horizontal liners.I have designed till date more than twelve new wells completion (between BJ and SPDC), ten workover wells and several rigless re-entry – Water shut-off, RST logging/perforations, stimulation, Thru-tubing gravel pack, tubing patch, straddle jobs, sand clean-up etc..
I have more than five years artificial lift field management. Work for a year in production operations activities.
I have an excellent hands-on experience in ESP design and application and IPM integrated modelling. I have also participated in several old and new fields reviews and have championed several highly skills projects.
I am presently the smart well focal point for my land area team after extensive training with Well dynamics tools by the Shell smart well team from Netherlands. I have since then converted a dual workover well to a single multiple producer smart well. I participated in my team yearly production forecasting including all deferments and review of production forecast on monthly and quarterly basics.
I operate fields with more than 50 gaslift strings, 3 multilaterals, five gas wells, and seven water wells for pressure maintenance. I have participated and organised many surface and sub-surface production optimisations workshop and monitor execution of action plans. I have actively trained more ten trainees (to competence level). I am presently one of the trainers for Shell gaslift design and well and reservoir management assessor.
I am a team worker with the necessary leadership skill needed for horizontal and lateral growth of any E and P company.
