Thileg has been managing multimillion dollar projects on offshore crude oil off loading systems for major European and Asian clientele. He has successfully delivered several high end products with very stringent quality requirement, utilizing the proven best practices in project management. During these periods, Thileg has dealt with several big players such as Lukeoil of Russia, Keppel Shipyard, Samsung and Nexus Floating Production (Norway).

Thileg has travelled extensively to China, Norway, UK, India, Denmark, Holland, Philipines, Thailand and Indonesia in the course of job. Apart from direct involvement in projects and operations, Thileg has also conducted various workshops and lectures. To name a few would be Quality Management workshop in Shanghai, technical paper presentation in Deepwater Terminal Conference in Kota Kinabalu on mobile crude oil transfer systems, lectures in Stamford college school of Quantity Survey and Institute Technology Jaya, Kuala Lumpur.
