Computer Hardware Engineer

• Plan, design (compatibility) & development of computers & related accessories.
• Supervise & inspect the installation, configuration, up-gradation, diagnosing, troubleshooting & testing of desktop / laptop computers & related accessories.
• Also check & rectify local & wide area networks
• Maintains access to the systems & undertakes hardware updates & corrections
• Supervise Diagnosing & Troubleshooting of computer & related accessories
• Periodic visits at customer sites for inspection & routine maintenance of computers under service contract / warranty plans
• Establishment of technical standards & maintenance of hardware to ensure consistency & operability.
• Analyze & develop database directories.
• Technical training & development of subordinate staff.
• Provides front line advice/support to the users on software & hardware related problems
• Investigating opportunities for IT regarding software & hardware implementations

• Thorough study for self preparation of topics to deliver, up-coming lectures to the group of students
• Lesson planning concerning time management according to the schedule of lectures
• Assessment of student in accordance with the capability, interest, creativity & psychology to interact with an intellectual behavior
• Planning lecture sequence on the bases of student’s response & improvement
• Skill development of the students, in order to achieve goals on their professional track
• Concept development with the help of practical-performance
• Organizing test routines (MCQs) frequently to enhance I.Q.
• Managing information for the directed projects concerning PICs & PLCs, according to the student’s activities & interest
• Creating & Developing questionnaires for quarterly scheduled exams & the result sheets at the end
• General administration & control in the manner of punctuality, discipline & good behavior
• Monitoring & Reporting over all progress & weaknesses of the students to the principal
• Meeting deadlines from the course completion to the result submission
