Work Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with CGL-SC Singapore for importation of finish goods.
• Liaise with customs for all importation issues. Ensure all necessary licenses and permits are secured, valid and conform to government regulations and follow up until goods receipt in all warehouse.
• Create PR and PO processes in SAP system for all department including make sure all requests accommodated with correct input number, item ordered, and on time is well maintained consistently.
• Order trucking to transporter for all delivery from Jakarta Warehouse.
• Ensure all suppliers’ bills/invoices are processed in timely manner and paid on time..
• Arrange distribution process from warehouse to customer
