Junior Planning Engineer
As a Junior Planning Engineer I was Involved in:
Preparation of detailed execution schedules and progress tracking systems.
Monitoring critical path and preparing Schedule Impact Reports for the Management.
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for client submittal.
Look-ahead schedules on monthly/quarterly/half yearly basis on P3.1.
Meeting with site management to identify the areas of concern & ways to mitigate it.
Maintaining the monthly progress photo album for client submittal and review.
Tracking progress of various sub contractors against target schedules to identify delays and constraints and ways to mitigate it.
Maintaining Procurement Status Log, thus identifying different constraints and unobserved material delays.

Assistant Cost Engineer
As an Assistant Cost Engineer I was Involved in:
Pre-tender activities including cost estimates, budget planning etc.
Co-ordination with client and consultants in reconciliation of any and all project issues.
Preparing cost estimates for various sections of project.
Value Engineering exercises for determining best cost effective measures.
Liaising with foreign architects and other consultants in the schematic design phase.
Complete pre-tender documentation and report generation.

Successfully completed the course on “Latest Developments in Earthquake Engineering”. The Course emphasised on the latest design methodologies and architectural advancements in the field of Earthquake Resistant Structures, along with the remedy and protection methods necessary.
