• Develop and lead the Supply Chain Management Project from Raw Material Supplier until Finished Goods and from Incoming Order to Distribution related to process re-engineering and improvement.
• Managed and responsible for all aspect of Suppliers and Vendors Operation Management including long range planning-scheduling, store-inventory-distribution, strategy-procedures to develop and implement standard performance and quality.
• Increase Productivity and Efficiency – reduced Inventory and product rejected
• Work closely with Merchandising Dept for Market Forecasting, total Wholesale and Product Development for new Projection Orders.

• Control and Managed PPIC – Warehouse Operation, CMT – Sub Contracting, Delivery Schedule and Order Management and Raw Material handling including quality control standards.
• Manage Raw Material Procurement.
• Responsible for QC finished goods and coordinating with Buyer rep / Agent in Indonesia..
• Involved in Project ERP System Integration implementation.
