Work site: Belayim Petroleum Company (Petrobel), Port Fouad Gas Field. (In port said).
Rotating equipment engineer since (January 2007 till present)
Main responsibilities:
•Planning maintenance schedule for all plant and off-shore rotating equipments.
•Follow up all preventatives maintenance for all equipments as the supplier recommendation.
•8,000 hrs inspection for gas turbine PGT 10 included liner change, fuel nozzle inspection.
•16,000 hrs hot gas path inspection for gas turbine PGT 10 included turbine 1st stage nozzle, combustion chamber check or change.
•32000 hrs major overhaul for gas turbine PGT 10 included HP shaft change, turbine stages, combustion chamber and transition piece change.
•Corrective maintenance for the following equipments:
-Gas turbine model (Nouvo Pignone PGT 10).
-Gas Generators CATERPILLAR G 3512, G 3516 type; Maintenance and top end overhaul.
-Air compressor (Atlas Copco, Ingersoll-Rand).
-Injection pumps (reciprocating type).
-Centrifugal pumps.
-Gas recycle reciprocating compressor driven by gas engine WAUKESHA type relevant to HANOVER Company; Maintenance and top end overhauls.
II-G.B. Auto (Ghabour Brothers Automotive company).
Work site: trucks and buses maintenance plant (3Km before Kalyub)
Mechanical maintanace engineer since (june 2006 till january 2007)
Main responsibilities:
•Maintenance for Volvo trucks and buses.
•Maintenance for Scania trucks.
•Maintenance for Mercedes buses and trucks

• B.Sc. Degree of mechanical power engineering (Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University).with Good degree.
• Graduation Project: water desalination by humidifier and dehumidifier, with Distinction degree.
