JOB RESPONSBILITY
Review and monitor implementation of company/contractor HSE Management System and HSE Plans by performing the following responsibilities:
•Implementation of the HSEMS activities at worksites.
•All hazard/ risk associated with activities at site adequately identified assessed and effective barriers and recovery measures implemented. Record in the form of hazard register or equivalent must be in place and updates continuously carried out.
•Implementation HSE Plans and meeting agreed targets.

Ensure safe operations on all activities carried out on worksites.
•Inculcate a healthy, safe and environmentally conscious working culture at site.
•Implementation of Health Programme by contractor at all worksites.
•Monitor compliance to company’s HSE policies and procedures.
Plan and conduct regular safety inspection/ audit at all worksites.
•Weekly/regular inspection with Leadership Site Visit/ Own Programme.
•Facilities and equipment safety inspection with contract holder / contractor
•Identify and suggest recommendations to prevent control and mitigate concerns.
•Ensure that HSE MS activities are sufficiently implemented at the worksites.

Promote HSE culture through,
Pre-mob briefing prior to contractor mobilization.
•HSE briefing/engagement with workers at worksites.
•Organise and execute focus safety campaigns to address identified concerns.
Custodian and accountable for a specified site/ resource
•Maintain up to date accident/incident record including notification and report.
•Participate in accident investigation to company requirements.
•Monitor implementation of action items trough to close out.
•Quarterly compilation of HSE performance of contractor and suggest corrective action and improvement initiatives.
