Project schedule, Design Reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests, commissioning, Plant start-up and As Built drawings reviews.
• Familiar with Compressor Anti-Surge controller configurations, Boiler controls, specifications, testing Installation and commissioning.
• Served as a Project Engineer for the Grass roots Gas Plant design. Assigned at a contractor design office to review design, Participate in HAZOP study and Technical design reviews.
• Lead Instrumentation Loop checks, installation supervision of contractors and process plant units commissioning.
• Plant operation troubleshooting, Trouble shooting equipment operation to optimizing plant performance
• Detailed design of the High Pressure DGA Plant, commissioning, plant start-up, and co-ordination with the contractor. Project design changes review and application.
• Supervised design engineers and instrumentation CADD drafting personnel.
• Knowledge of ISA standards, Saudi ARAMCO Standards and NRC regulation codes.
