Civil Engineer

A position in the field, of civil engineering where my academic background, training experience and communication skills can be applied and further enhanced.

- Working at KHARAFI NATIONAL Company in Kuwait and UAE as a Project Engineer from 23/1/2007 till Now.

. Monitor and control expenses related to Project work and
ensure organizational forecasts and Budgets are met for
these expenses
. Monitor all Scaffolding operations, follow the scaffolding
Procedures, follow the designs and ensure all scaffolds
materials and related equipments are in safe working
order
. To review and evaluate technical submittals and shop
drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients
according to required project standards.
. To lead the site team to ensure timeframes and customer
satisfaction are met.
. To identify and ensure skills and training needs of assigned
manpower are aligned to project requirements

- Working at El Giza Company constructing works in Egypt as a Site Engineer from 18/10/2004 till 13/1/2007
. I did many villas in Marina Village, beginning from villas`
land planning and making the concert’s working starting
from foundations, after making the columns and after that
the slabs.
. I made the infrastructure for them completely.
. I finalized the finishing and I had finished the internal
decorations for the villas exactly as per the owners’
requirements.
. Preparing, update and follow up Drawings Schedules for
different buildings and make the modification as per the
owners’ requirements and the client’s instructions.
. Preparing necessary paperwork for the completion of work
and get it authorized by the client after their inspection.
. Ensure safety regulations at site meet Customer's and
Company's safety requirements
