IT/Network engineer

I am the head of the IT department which has five engineers beside me. The nature of the business of the company is software development and outsourcing technical support contracts.
I am responsible for:
1-Observing the status of the sites (coordinating visits, sending an engineer, follow up the opened cases).
2-Collecting repair orders from engineers weekly, identifying contracted visits and extra visits and filing them.
3-Performing a regular report (monthly) about the performance of every engineer.
4-Observing the status of the work internally in our department (various troubleshooting: Domain controller, Exchange server, Backup server, Linksys&D-link routers and 3Com switches).
5-Supporting engineers when they have a technical problem and can not handle it.
6-Coordinating with silicon21 in implementing a Cisco asa 5505 firewall in the network of Yellow Pages (our customer).
7-(DRP) Disaster Recovery Project, which is a backup of all the important data of Yellow Pages which is backed up remotely via a Microsoft VPN connection using a software tool called: ViceVersaPro.
9-Report all the work monthly and discussing it with the GM. of the company.
10-noticable tasks:
A) Design and implement Egypt yellow pages labeling project: It consists of making a survey on 6-floors widespread in two buildings (identifying 400nodes on the switches and panels varying between data and voice nodes).
B) Configuring an HP G3 server to act as DC in faculty of engineering shoubra (Active directory, DNS and DHCP).
C) Configuring 3 HP G3 servers in Nasser social bank.
D) Configuring Dell Power edge 1500 server in Randy smith (training solutions corp.) to act as an additional dc.
E) Configuring Pc power server [DC, DHCP, DNS, NAT and Exchange 2003].
