Revenue Budget preparation for once in a year for consumables, spare parts, services, statutory costs.

Procurement, calibration and maintenance of inspection instruments and accessories.

Inventory control for the consumable, spares and equipments.

To conduct Lead Internal ISO audit in a periodic manner to ensure that the system is being followed without any deviation / non-conformance.

Preparation and modification of work instruction manual and establishing the systems and procedures for inspection and maintenance wing.

Conducting welder performance qualification test, certification of welders and continuous assessment and evaluation of the performance.

Continuous assessment and evaluation of performance of the subordinates and conduct training program to them to improve and maintain them technically competitive.
Radiography interpretation and evaluation of weld joints as per relevant codes.

To ensure the NDT activities such as PT, MPT, RT, UT, VT during pre-fabrication of piping and equipments are being carried out as per the relevant standards.

Inspection of columns and its internal like trays, tray support ring & distributor pipe condition and to give detail inspection report for repair procedure. The necessary inspection NDT requirements to be carried out during column internal repairing time.(NDT Like UT, RT, MPT)
