Achievements : Reduce more than 80% of lost hours within 4 months, implement more than 45000 training hours( 40 hrs/emp), execute management development program that targets 85% of SF leaders in order to compensate the sharp turnover rate in leadership, reduce the turnover by 15%, initiate and implement the performance management (PM), and e-learning practices for the first time in SF, work with hr director, and employee relation manager in planning and executing many HR and employee events, planned and implemented, for the first time in Yemen, the career management function, and last but not least design program to increase the management awareness of higher management.


- 2006 to 2008 : General Secretary of Forghan Social & Charitable Association (as volunteer)

- 2003 to 2004 : Directed HOOD website www.hoodonline.org, which is considered as the first website that monitors Human Rights status in Yemen (as volunteer).

- 2000 to 2002 : Worked in HOOD Org for Defending Rights & Freedoms as Admin. Manager (as volunteer).

- 2001 to 2001 : Participated in preparing First Children Parliament Elections, held in Sana¡¦a (as volunteer).

- 2001 to 2001 : Worked in Yemen Times Newspaper in Translation Unit for 2 months (as volunteer).
