Assigned in documentation department, works involve such as receive the entire document from engineering for stumping for the records and distribute as per request. Filing and collating of documents. Indexing of files for prompt identification. Handles and control the documents information and transmittals. Archiving of legal and tender records. Making sure that the current file is updated. Disposal of revised and void documents. Received daily work progress, make daily report of oncoming and outgoing documents. Monitoring purchased requisitions up to material issuance. Checking and recording delivery notes. Recording of the materials issuance, material transfer to another warehouse up to financial department. Maintain copy of all incoming material (i.e, Purchase order, local delivery note) for delivery to stockyard. Obtain necessary mill test certificates of all incoming materials and endorse those documents to Material QC inspection. Ensure necessary manpower and equipments are available during the receipt of material delivery from supplier and unto the issuance of material to site. Receive all incoming materials, place them on the designated area and check the quantity / surface condition of the material. Endorse and request the material for quality check and dimension verification to QC Material Inspection. Maintain safety awareness as per client standard and satisfaction.
