• Executed the 2009 Contracting plan for PSCM management endorsement including extensions, single source & bids
• Implemented the use of e-Sourcing tool Ariba (both e-RFX and e-Auction) and achieved significant cost saving through enabling competition
• Product categorization and Materials Supply Agreement execution
• Executed required Service Contracts to cover materials supply aspect alongside with service requirement as a result of category management and service aggregation
