• 3 years experience in metallurgy plant instrument and control system maintenance and technical improvement, including FOXBORO DCS system hardware and software configuration and maintenance, instruments calibration and test. 4 years experience with Triconex system, acted as engineer/leader engineer/customer service engineer, providing ESD&FGS, ITCC solution for petrochemical, oil and gas industry. Almost 3 years experience for I&C system EPC engineering design, acted as I&C design engineer, responsible for chemical and refinery industry I&C system design, cause-effect matrix development
• Projects included industry refinery, petrochemical, chemical, oil, natural gas plants, revamps, technical supports and proposals
• Have a plenty of experience with Wonderware Intouch and kingview HMI software£¬ and OPC application.
• Highly skilled in ESD/FGS/ITCC/DCS system hardware and software configuration, system architecture design and system testing, instruments maintenance and test, instruments & valves datasheet fill, loop drawing design and hook-up drawing design and related calculations
• Excellent working knowledge of ISA and ANSI, API, NACE etc.
• Computer literacy: MS office 95/97/2000, and AutoCAD 14/2000, Microstation, INtools, PDS, Smart Plant Review, etc.
• Flexible, able to adapt and learn new skills quickly
