GENERAL WORK
EXPERIENCE
• Direct and coordinate activities of Finance/ Accounting and office personnel
• Co Directing the Financial aspects of the company of its existing operations as well as in its growth strategy
• Design and develop a finance structure to enhance the organization’s overall financial performance
• Formulate and implement policies and procedures as well as internal controls applicable for company operations
• Maintained company’s ERP system and developed Spreadsheet applications to automate various Accounting functions
• Working closely with senior management in strategic planning, development opportunities and risk management

• Preparation of MIS Reports, Maintenance of Stock Reports, Account Receivables and Payables and Accounts Reconciliation
• Ensure corporate reports generated are accurate and are according to required standards
• Regular review to ensure compliance with the company’s policies, procedures, process and internal controls for business units
• Opening and executing all kinds of Letter of Credit and Bills of Exchange and Bank Guarantees
• Dealt with Sales Tax, Excise duty, Income Tax and Value Added Tax
• Administered and conducted financial audits for manufacturers, retailers and service industries
• Have traveled and worked in Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan
• Can speak/ understand Russian language (average)
