• Started career as a Hardware Engineer, moved in to networking, specializing in IT Infrastructure and Information Security and gained expertise in IT Infrastructure planning, implementation, management and consulting.
• Sound knowledge and experience in Installation & Troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Network Security including firewall, host and network based intrusion detection, virtual private networks, experience in ArcSight, RSA enVision, monitoring HIDS and NIDS for log analysis to determine the threat pattern, network or system attacks and anomalies on the network.
• Experienced in performing system security audits for base systems and perimeter security components, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Experienced in building and implementing of Information Security Policies based on the ISO27001 standard and Risk Assessment. Having sound knowledge on SOX, SAS70, COSO, COBIT, ITIL, ISO17799, ISO 20000, NIST 800-30 and NIST 800-34 standards. Experience in IR, DRP and BCP, BIA.
