Main activities:
Piping Design and Equipment modeling with P.D.S. Software in Process area (Cold and Hot sections), Storage area including Utilities also.
Design review and clash checking of related units.
Vendor data checking to confirm with P&IDs.
Piping Support Design and incorporating in P.D.S. Model including Logical and Physical.
Preparing Piping MTO for related units.
Preparing General Arrangement Drawings with Drawing Manager and Microstation in 2D and 3D.
Checking of prepared Isometric and other drawings before final issue.
JULY 2007-August 2008: OIL INDUSTRIES' ENGINEERING and CONSTRUCTION

Main activities:
Checking and commenting on basic specifications and drawings for above mentioned project which is prepared by WORLEYPARSONS Co. in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage of the project (Design Review), Example of such are Making coordination among consortium members (IDRO CO. and IOEC GROUP) in technical comments and also interfaces.
Preparing organization charts and coordination with planning group for project development.
Starting Detail Design with ENERGY INDUSTRIES ENGINEERING & DESIGN (EIED) Consultant Co. in following fields:
MTO and Material requisition for pipes, fittings, Flanges, Special Items, for (Carbon Steel, Low Temperature Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, GRP and Copper Nickel), Valves and etc.
Clarifications with Vendors and preparation TBE for above mentioned Items.
Calculation notes for Pipe thickness (Process Piping), Utilities, and Pipelines (Condensate Export and CNG Export) in different piping classes for all sizes applicable in refineries, and also Branches calculation, Insulation, Spectacle Blind and spacer, and PMS preparation.
Pipe rack study in order to prepare Main pipe routing in PDMS Model.
Issuing and updating Unit Plot Plans for following units:
Frequently site visit (Asaluyeh South Pars) in order to lubricate construction activities.
