FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Presently working as a Shift Field engineer in Vacuum Gas Oil Hydrotreater unit in Reliance Jamnagar and have hands-on experience in the following:
Operations, Shut-down & start up activities of VGOHT & DHT.
Bechtel’s P&ID, PFD, and Isometric review for JERP VGOHT unit.
Preparation of Simplified drawings from Plot plan, P&ID, UG layouts.
Test packs, flushing plan Preparation for the pipelines.
On-site monitoring & Inspection of Underground, Aboveground pipelines & Column
internals, Heater, Equipment erection.
Mechanical clearance, Hydrotest, Flushing & Boxup of system loops.
Site suite modification of Isometric drawings based on P&ID/Operations requirement.
Preparation of Punch points & maintaining database for systems loops.
Identification of P&ID and Isometric mismatch & updation of isometric / P&ID.
Co-ordination with construction, contractors to complete the loops/ liquidate punch points
as early as possible.
Controlling field operations & ensuring Safety.
Training to field operators.
SOP, RA Preparation, planning & execution of Pigging, Steam blowing, Pump trail,Refractory dryout, Chemical cleaning, Degreasing Activities.
PSSR Audit.

M.Tech Biochemical Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technological
Institute, U.P. Technical University, Kanpur in 2006 with 84%, First class
with Honors.
B.Tech. Chemical Engineering from Thirumalai Engineering College,
Madras University, Kanchipuram in 2004 with 80.6%, First class with
Distinction.
Diploma in Chemical Technology from Motilal Nehru Govt. Polytechnic,
Pondicherry in April 2001 with 76%, First class with Honors.
Secondary Education, from Our Lady of Lourdes Boys High School,
Villianur, Pondicherry in April 1998 with 88%.
