Proficient in the methodology of improving productivity, maintenance, quality, cost, safety and service delivery- PQCDSM
Proficient in the execution/ activation/ implementation of 8 pillars of TPM activities, such as Focused Improvement (Kobetsu-Kaizen), Self Maintenance (Jishu-Hozen), Planned Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, Education & Training, Unsafe Condition & Practices, 5s (Good House Keeping), Etc).
