Duties:
Leading invoices control processing & accounts Payable team.
Managing the operations of purchasing Starting from issuing the purchase -
orders to The Payment.
Preparing weekly & monthly gross margin & closing stock report for total store.
Preparing the results of shrinkage among the physical & theoretical stock every
3 months with the booking on JD Edwards system.
Working on Inter company entries and reconciling balances at month end.
Provide the auditors and prepare financial analysis and other schedules as required.
Preparation of daily turnover report.
Check and analyze variances between sales and bank deposit.
Preparation of monthly rebates & store benefits.
Prepare payments for more than 550 suppliers twice monthly.
Prepare the quarterly payment of with holding taxes.
Attending the quarterly physical stock takes as a chief controller.
Checking the bad debit balances movements to take the suitable action.
