I conducted hazard identifications & planned Inspections and Audits for the company. My responsibilities included managing day to day safety & security issues and providing Safety & Security advice to management. I conducted comprehensive monthly analysis on safety & security issues. MTN has about 2,000 workforce and 1,500 contract staff.
Lycopodium Ghana Limited, Accra, Ghana: Construction – Gold Mine

Provided professional Health, Safety & Environment advice to the Lycopodium Team and the 18 Contractor Teams that built the Newmont Ahafo Gold Mine. Total project cost was in excess of $ 500 million. Actively promoted Health, Safety & Environmental culture that mitigated the risk of injury to personnel and damage to plant, equipment, environment and heritage aspects of the project. Provided Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Training, Risk Assessments, Internal HSE Inspections & Audits. Managed several sub contractors with a workforce of about two thousand five – hundred people.
